On the day of arrival at 3:00 PM, you will receive the digital key via email and SMS. When you open the link, two sliders will be visible—one for the front door and one for your room door. Slide the arrow on your screen from left to right, and the door will unlock. A keycard will be ready in your room for use during the rest of your stay.

Two days before arrival, you will receive an invitation for online check-in/registration to provide the correct guest details. These details are necessary to successfully send the digital key and ensure that you can enjoy your stay immediately upon arrival without time-consuming procedures.

No, unfortunately, By Friso is not wheelchair accessible. There are no special facilities for disabled guests, and there is no elevator. If you have limited mobility, you can request a room on a lower floor, but please note there are a few steps at the entrance.

No, all reservations are prepaid. Depending on the chosen rate: non-refundable rates are charged immediately upon confirmation, while flexible rates are charged 3 or 7 days before arrival. Additional services, such as parking, breakfast, or bicycle rental, can be paid for on-site. Cash payments are not accepted.

Yes, this is possible, but By Friso does not have a covered bicycle storage area. If you have a bike carrier on your car, we may ask you to remove it.

Within 7 days, one night's stay will be charged. After the check-in time, no further changes are possible, and no refunds will be issued.A non-refundable reservation cannot be modified or refunded. A delivered breakfast from our partner Anne&Max can be ordered for €18.50 per person per day. The breakfast includes fresh orange juice, various breads, a boiled egg, Greek yogurt with granola, sweet and savory toppings, and banana bread. Breakfast is delivered to your room by 9:00 AM, and your room is equipped with coffee, tea, cutlery, and dishes to enjoy it.
You are also welcome to arrange your own breakfast. All rooms are equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, cutlery, and dishes.
